Mixing Process Square Cone Powder Vertical Mixer
SCM series square cone mixer is a novel material mixer widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgy, food, light industry, feed and other industries. The machine can mix powder or granules very evenly to achieve the best results after mixing.
Product Operation Principle
First, push the mixing hopper into the revolving arm, fasten nuts and then start control system; second, set time and rotating speed in the control system for automatic mixing; third, after mixing stops and material is horizontally still, open the valve, enter the hopper storage and then turn the hopper to the next process. Materials of different ingredients is mixed three-dimensionally. Violently reversal during the process can help to achieve the ideal mixing effect.
