PLC Control System Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying Injection Tank
Dense-phase pneumatic conveying system is specially applied to a variety of dust long-distance sealed transport; the adaptive conveying distance equivalent is 50-500 meters, transport materials: fly ash, lime powder, cement, aluminum powder, mineral powder, saw dust, straw and so on. Working Principle
In the feeding process, the material is fed into the sending tank through the double butterfly valve or expansion butterfly valve, and the replaced air is released through the exhaust valve, which makes feeding easier and eliminates the reverse pressure that hinders the flow of materials. When the sending tank is full (up to 90% of the tank volume indicated by the level meter), the feed valve and exhaust valve are closed and sealed at the same time. Then, compressed air is added to the top of the sending tank through the inlet valve, and the added compressed air is mixed with the materials. When the pressure in the tank reaches the set value, the bottom discharge valve will be opened automatically, and then the whole conveying pipeline will be pressurized The material is transported in the form of plunger until the material is emptied. When the pressure in the sending tank drops to zero, the pneumatic supply is closed, and a small amount of residual gas is discharged from the sending tank and the transmission pipeline.
